The way it works is simple, yet effective. Ask your clients via e-mail, text, promotion, or social media post to leave their feedback about your company. The survey is a simple yes or no answer– was it positive?
A positive response thanks the user and kindly asks you to fill out a nice review on your Yelp, Google My Business, Manta, Facebook, Website, or any active directory you have going.
However a “no” response will send the survey taker to a simple web form that asks in an open-ended fashion how we can improve. We can place this on Shopify and WordPress sites upon ordering.
